The Dialogue's 13th Annual Statewide Meeting, "Water Planning - So What?" was
held on Friday, January 12, 2007, at the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center in Albuquerque. Attendance from around the state was
excellent, and participants reported the presentations and dialogue were valuable for taking the "next steps" in regional
plan implementation and updating the State Water Plan. Presentations and panel discussions were recorded and transcribed (with
